"Truck 9878 route Monterrey Houston The driver Antonio Acosta was very rude to the passengers, he left us on the bus for more than half an hour in the early morning without telling us that he was getting off, another bus arrived and we asked him to inform us where the driver was because he did not warn or inform us which one. was the reason for this delay, he responded that he had no reason to inform us anything, he called another worker and pointed out to me for questioning him, I informed the man of the situation, so after 30 minutes he let us out without having gone up to no other passengers we were supposedly waiting for. More than 12 years traveling on this route and I have never had such a bad experience in customer service. For safety reasons I don't recommend it, we were only traveling with women and a child."
