"Booked flights for Official Travel, received a confirmation and ticketed confirmation number. Everything seemed good to go until check in on the day of travel. The reservation didn't exist. Turns out TRAVCO didn't book anything. There's some sort of disconnect between TRAVCO and DTS/Airlines. Furthermore, their after hour emergency line is a joke. I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours and it keeps telling me my wait time is 10 seconds."

"I booked my flights on 27 Feb 19, traveling on 3 Mar 19 from Indianapolis to Montgomery (No problem), then (8 Mar 19) traveling from Montgomery to Atlanta to depart at 12:15 pm. Get to the Delta Counter and they tell me I don’t have a flight. Saying in was never confirmed by TRAVCO. Well on my itinerary it says “CONFIRMED”! After calling TRAVCO, the admitted it was never confirmed/booked. So now I’m sitting for the next seven hours until they can get me on the next flight to Atlanta. Furthermore, after booking my flight on 27 Feb 19, the agent “verbally” said I was all set for both flights...hmmmm!"
