"Can't begin to say enough good things about Tim & Carol. Contacted them on a Saturday morning when we found out our 12v fridge wasn't working. Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, and Tim came out, and in diagnosing the fridge, was able to find a much bigger electrical problem we had. Had he not found it, our first big trip of the year would have been ruined. Tim went above and beyond and came out three separate times trying to resolve our fridge issue, which unfortunately turned out to be a manufacturer defect common in the everchill 12v refrigerators. Gained a lot of valuable insight during the process as well. We will definitely be using Tims' Mobile RV Techician Services again as issues arise. He's in my speed dial ahead of my wife. "We have used Tim’s services a few times. He changed our jacks out on the camper, then worked on our clogged black tank. Both times he was incredibly efficient on returning our calls and made it out asap usually the next day. He’s incredibly nice, reliable, and trust worthy. I left him at my camper cause my son had two appointments I couldn’t miss and of course everything was just as I left it when I got back! You can’t do that much these days. He’s very very fairly priced and doesn’t rip you off. As a women some men think they can pull the wool over your eyes but he treated me like a family member.
