"Had a fairly good experience, 7/10 buying a heavily modified Subaru STI from affinity. Frank was a great guy to work with but the only down side was he thought the car was completely stock. So I made a 4 hour drive up to look at the car and found out it was fully built and heavily modified. The OWNER knew majority of the things done to the car and was a HUGE help! Glad he happened to be there. Absolutely great guy and would work with them in the future. The sales manager on the other hand wasn’t so friendly. Came off ignorant and made me feel like a 5 year old. Didnt divulge true pricing or what I was getting myself into. Ended up going through my bank instead. He didn’t want to work with me on pricing or any issues with the car I was purchasing. It has multiple dents and scratches. Said they get their car values off MMR and auction pricing.. So be mindful you probably won’t get what your asking for on your trade in and their a tough bunch when it comes to their vehicles for sale. All around good experience. Just had to make 2 trips before coming to an agreement."
