"Not customer friendly I spoke to the manager cause I got sent to the wrong place I misplaced the direction and the attitude was not warming she’s like I don’t have that problem why didn’t you use your maps like I did she meant apple cause I said I used google the lady on the phone was nice tho she helped a lot she recommended they could help if I came in compared to the other stores they just told me they didn’t have my size after I asked if they could find it in the system I went to this one because they seemed to care about their customers but I don’t think I’ll return to this location I’ll just go to the one dt and get it shipped to Me ahead of time for Mi events"

"I’ve been here.. too many times. This is the closest location to me. Unfortunately it seems like I will have to be inconvenienced and have to drive to another location. IF I’m desperate because I think I’m done shopping here overall. I’ve thought about saying something and then second guessing myself. But it’s come to my attention that my experience is common. I am not skinny nor am i super big. I’m in between. I struggle to go to “normal” stores like forever 21 and find clothing or get assisted. Then I come here and feel the same. Not once have I been acknowledged as I come to the door or have been asked to help in any way. When I gained courage to ask a question I received attitude and short answer. The last time I was there I was in the dressing room with my eyes ready to pour out. Not even here was I able to feel welcome. I thought so much of these stores because of my sister shopping all the time. And I’d thought “we” know what it feels like. But I’m apparently not this stores target customer either so I guess I don’t matter. It has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in so that’s why I am finally saying something. The clothes are nice. The bras, wow, finally something I feel good and comfortable in. The service, I guess it’s good if you’re good in their eyes.. I wouldn’t know."

"Lane Bryant has come a long way. The clothes are very stylish despite being for larger women. You can always find the selections in all sizes, not just a few like Most women's clothing stores. The store also carries a good selection of accessories: belts, bags, shoes. There is also a great selection of sox, hose, tights, underwear and costume jewelry. Reasonably priced for a women's clothing store, but a little high for the community. The store seems to do a brisk business. Store employees are helpful, but not intrusive. The styles are casual wear, with blazers sold separately from pants; no business wear, unless one's office is casual. Very nice experience."
