"Great service I called before going to see if they could exchange some brand new shoes I had for my daughter they didnt fit her without a receipt they had told me yes. & once I went over there one of the managers Brandon greated me i explained to him that i had called and he was a great help he helped me find a shoe that was of even price match and walked me over to Breanna to explain to her that I was doing a even exchange and I walked out with the correct size shoes for daughter without a problem. THANKS BRANDON FOR BEING A GREAT HELP!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!"

"Negative customer service, I bought something online dint get the discount i was suppose to get, i decided to return items but they did not refund my whole amount i spent. They told me different stories back and forth, they brought a manager just to tell me they couldn't pay me the taxes I paid online, nd also said that every other company did the same when its a lie,. Overall not happy with the service. Corporate here i come!"

"We've shopped around different sneaker shoe stores.. finishline, footaction, rebook... and by far, Champ sport store is the BEST!!.. Champ store has a greater selection in styles than any other store. I look around, but always come back and end up buying our Nikes and Adidas at this store. Great prices, great selection anndddd.... the service at their Riverside mall store... awesome!! When investing in urself buying these kind of shoes, there's no better feeling than walking out with the shoes u want, love and getting great help from store employees. Thank u for that!!"

"I would like to be clear on 01/25/2018 I have never been racially profiled before especially not in an area where there are several of my skin tone, me and my daugther went into champs she was to buy herself some birthday clothes and before we could leave after purchasing clothes with cash they told us my daugther was seen putting something in her very extremely small purse omg so dam small purse my daugther is 13yrs old and it freak her out they called 2 security guards and started to surround her the sad part she had 6 shopping bags from various stores they did think or ask to check for merchandise , I placed everything out her purse and they only found 200$ earrings I just bought her. No body apologize for the drama nor lie they stated this store workers including security was all one race . It's sad how your color get you so mistreated...As a addict to shopping not one champs store will every get my money nor anyone I know money in the future and as I see people in the mall of color go to that store I will let them know as well. These employees here are so disrespectful it's sad"

"We stood in line and watched the cashier flirt with the customer. When it was finally our turn, we told her that we would like to return the shoes we purchased a few days ago. As soon as we said this, she looked at us with disgust, and called the manager over. She studied the shoe, and they went to the back to speak, and left us standing there. After coming back, she informed she cannot refund shoes that have been worn. After trying to speak with the manager, Ricky, we were told the same. We didn't even wear the shoes. We tried to show him the floor was dirty and he denied us a chance. He told us to call customer service, knowing it is closed on the weekend. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! IF YOU MUST, CHECK OUT THE SHOE BEFORE LEAVING. This was the worst experience I have EVER had in a business!"
