"Would not recommend. We got the bus for a convenience for our wedding guests and Lone Star Coaches made it more of an inconvenience. I called the company beforehand to tell them we wanted to add one more stop and spoke to Gary. Gary said it wasn't a problem and that he didn't need to add it to anything on their end. He said that the bus driver would be able to do anything we need that day and to just let the driver know when he picks everyone up at the first location. So the day comes, and right before our ceremony, we get a call from our guests saying the bus driver refused to make that stop. He said he wasn't told by the company to do that. And that we had to call to add it or he wouldn't do it. Seriously? Do not use them. Even during our cocktail hour the bus parked right near it with the loud engine on and people couldn't hear our classical trio playing. We had to have the coordinator tell them to move. Never recommending!"
