"The online sales team's motto starts with "we educate..." but, when trying to purchase a new car I was never informed I needed to put a deposit down to hold it. I was following the procedure including sending photos in for my trade in and the car was sold from underneath me. The internet manager then texts me that I didn't move fast enough perhaps because of not having the money available for purchase which is insulting and not the case at all. Overall bad experience for someone who worked in the area for many years servicing its populace and just looking to be treated fairly."
