"Jose Zurita and Ralph Celento did everything possible to make sure we got the cabin we wanted on our cruise. They also made sure that all of our expections were met in the beginning of booking. We did have a very hard time communicating with them , ie phone calls were not being returned and several times was told by receptionist that she could not get in contact with Jose until after numerous times I threatened to call BBB and miracously she left his cell number on my voicemail. We changed from an Oceanview Cabin and was promised a balcony cabin but no cabin number could be assigned before going through registration and verification on the ship. Although because of the inflated price we decided not to go because the change made was over $1,000 plus more and we were told a lower amount by Jose our ragent, we were not given any of our monies of our $500 paid back and we was not sent a certificate to use later from Royal Carribbean as promised. We will definitely not use this agency anymore and strongly advise anyone and everyone to book directly through the cruise line unless you personally know and TRUST the agent you are booking through.We actually donated unkniwly $500 to the agency. The good reviews given by Mr Celento who works at the agency and is the husband of the owner are expected. BUYER BEWARE all the good reviews are most likely people who work there, so RESEARCH BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE ANY MONIES. We learned a very expensive lesson."
