"Can’t get any service, everyone was rude. Do not waste your time. Been waiting 30 minutes between drinks. No one seems to care. Update after 45 minutes I went to William b’s on the other side of the casino and got my drink and took it back, that took about 15 minutes and by the time I got back my glass was still empty and so were my 3 friends’ glasses. Will never return!"

"It’s a shame. One of the worse experiences in my life and I’m pretty fair. The place had a nice atmosphere with good music but had to wait 2 hours for food. Worse part was staff didn’t seem to care like it was another day on the job. They were way understaff after waiting over an hour we asked about our food and they send it’s one of the next tickets. My friend asked for water they brought her a coke she asked for water again and then they just never brought her any. Isn’t it standard to get everyone at the table water? The part that pushed me over the edge to write this review, once the food came I kindly asked for a box and the check. I asked if there would be a discount provided considering the wait. The waitress said I don’t think so because “everyone got this service” but I can ask my manager she said. I asked if she could please do that. She came back to tell me her manager wouldn’t give the discount “ because like I said everyone had that service”. Everyone had to wait over an hour for their food…. I’m at a lost for words on that one. Never in my life. Sorry that to me is a poor excuse for restaurant service. Manager couldn’t even come out and apologize in the very least. In my opinion that just showed how much they do not care about the customer leaving happy. Won’t be coming here again. Save yourself the trouble. Better off gambling your money away at the casino."

"Took nearly 2 hours to get food and when it came out it was the worst quality ever. Example: ceaser salad was a bed of wilted lettuce with chicken, the consistency of something from a can, thrown on top. Nothing else. No one should pay nearly 15 dollars for that. Waitress couldn't remember to bring me a glass of water after asking for it 3 times and when I asked for a manager she returned speaking for the manager instead of with a manager. Worst service and terrible food."

"OK. Been a few months since we have been here. Been through ups and downs with the food. Terrible wings and mounding tall Nachos. Today it was great wings and the Nachos were half the size, not layered at all and just not what they used to have, so do not order the Nachos for $16. The bar service is top notch, never can say anything negative about the two ladies slinging drinks, they are why we come back."
