"We ordered food from the embassy suites and walked over, when we got there the server at the front took everything out of the bag and showed us everything to make sure they weren't missing anything which I highly appreciated, because anytime I go they always forget at other bdubs locations but she said she does it for everyone! I wish I had gotten her name, great way to ensure trust in customers!"

"Food is always fresh when we go late at night and love the appetizers after hours which makes for a lot of variety. And cheap drinks!"

"More Disappointing Than Your Mother-In-Laws I recently went to Buffalo with some friends since one was visiting home from the military. We practically had to beg to get refills on our drinks. Two of us did not get our food when everyone else got theirs. One of us got our food after a couple minutes. My food came after everyone was already done eating. I asked the server to take the food off my bill or send it back because I wasn't going to pay for something so late. He decided to take the food back to the kitchen; resulting in me not getting any food at all. At the end, my friends asked for boxes, but they never came. We had to get them ourselves. I have tried to give BWW opportunities to redeem themselves, but they consistently disappoint me."

"We went to the bar for a drink waiting to be seated. The bartender was energetic and helpful. Instead of waiting for an hour to be seated, she gave us a menu and put the order. We ate at the bar. She was GREAT. She mad the visit very pleasant."

"So today I stopped by and the visit started out Great got sat down literally had my food in 10 minutes of being in the building. But once I got my food that’s when the trouble started….. So my server came up with the food and asked if everything was alright I said yes because the food looked good and my drink was still full I hadn’t took a drink yet. Well about a minute after I got my food my server got his 2 table of the day. Well they get there food pretty fast also I would say about 10 minutes of sitting down so I have been eating for around 10 or 11 minutes at this rate he hasn’t came back to check on me I am about half way done with my wings he does ask his other table if everything is alright because they just got there food at this rate my glass is 1/4 full but he didn’t stop at my table. Well I end up finishing the rest of my drink and of course I would like to have something to drink with my food. But I don’t see my server for dang near 15 minutes probably so I sat there for 15 minutes with no drink and this guy literally had 2 tables and you know what makes this even better the other server on staff walked past me 4 times with an empty drink and didn’t offer to fill it. When I am at a sit down restaurant I expect some service"
