"My waitress was very kind but when I walked in there were three employees (including a manager) who looked at me like I was lost or shouldn't be there. Awkward way to start my lunch. Plus being sat at a dirty table when it's not even busy was a little gross."

"This experience was awful. We knew the wait was going to be long. But what we didn't expect is folks who were removed from the list due to not checking in getting put back on the list and ahead of us making the wait longer. Then the bartender apparently told a group of four to take an open table after one of the party members was told they were coming up but not next. Our waiter was not great. We got our drinks fast, but then had to wait around ten minutes to order, then our food came out but no appetizer. Drinks were never refilled and they never asked if we wanted more. The saving grace was the food. It was great. And it's the only reason I gave it two stars. The rest of the service was abysmal. We spoke to the manager and while he said he wasn't trying to make an excuse and made him excuse. No talk of we'll try to make this right. Nothing. Just awful. What's a shame is I really like the food but if the service is this bad, I don't want to go back."
"First off keep in mind I am more critical of franchise places as I feel they have more resources available to them. The 3 for me deal is a great value and the food is good however the corn on the cob was so hot when served i truly had to wait several minutes for it to cool. Unfortunately the chips and salsa we got the chips were more like crumbles of chips, this has happened the last couple of times we have been there. My understanding it is from a new machine that cuts the chips. That said the service was very good and attentive, the food was served quick and tasted very good (I had the old-timer burger) and the restaurant looked clean and well kept. As a franchise it is probably about time for an interior refresh."
"I usually have a pretty good time at Chili's, but knowing my way around a kitchen a bit, the food was terrible. Ordered wings, they were grease filled and recooked in the fryer, this is where they are double dipping the food in the frier 2 times to reheat it. I left my food there, was about sick after trying a few wings."
