"We walked in at 7:50 and were greeted by some snotty girl with: “Hi, we close at 8, so you have five minutes to look around.” My girlfriend had a gift card to spend, I brought her there to spend it. She felt pressured, looked at shoes for 8 minutes. Then she came to us and said: “We’re closing. Are you gonna buy anything?” I said: “My girlfriend would have picked something by now if you hadn’t greeted us with: ‘You have five minutes to look around’.“ She replied with: “Oh my God, are you MOCKING me?!” I said “forget it. I’ll leave a review and you can talk to your boss about it. “ I hope this snotty, entitled girl is fired soon. Is labor THAT hard to come by?"

"I like the store. I shopped at an Off Broadway when I lived in Atlanta. I drove from lasalle county to go to the mall. I bought one pair of $90 Nike Air Max here for new work shoes. I had no problem with the shoes but after driving home and getting ready to wear my shoes the security tag was left on them. I can not afford the time to drive another 4 hours round trip to take off a security tag so I had to bust it off with forks and a YouTube video. Just very annoying."

"I ordered shoes on their website & received an email 2 days later saying my order was successfully cancelled. I NEVER cancelled!! On top of that I reached out to them because I still want the shoes but they're not on as good of a sale anymore, that was 4 days ago, their confirmation email promised I would hear back within 24 hours...."
