"I saw a pair of shoes on sale but at the time for paying they were asking me to pay full price, I told the cashier that this shoes was on sale, the manager went to check and she said those shoes wasn’t on sale, I went again to the wall to check because I was sure that I saw a tag on those shoes saying was on sale and when I arrived the tag wasn’t there anymore, clearly someone removed it."

"Just left this location empty handed after asking if they would consider discounting the last pair of a size 8 shoe. The cashier agreed the shoes had been worn and returned and offered to place a pair in hold at their S Elgin location. I explained that I needed them today and they sent me on my way with a “sorry” and “thank you for being that to our attention “. The company should take a lesson from “give ‘em the pickle” . You lost a customer today. Update: the pair of shoes was 25.00 and I would have purchased if they even offered as little as $2.00 off.. I found a better pair at Kohls, paid three times as much but received better customer service . It wasn’t about the money just the principle of because I was looking to purchase a used pair vs new shoes. Do better next time."

"The employees there were sooooooo kind! Thier patience was enormous! I wanted wide, white, Hightops, which are so hard to find. It took like 30-40 minutes for us to get the perfect size and they were just so kind. If we could give them tips we would."

"Good deal on 2 pairs of boots. Not greeted when we walked in, when looking around an employee ignored us and didn't ask if we needed help with anything. When we went up to check out, he ignored us again. He was just standing, not doing anything until he finally called us forward. He didn't even say, "Hello." He threw the receipt in the bag and didn't say a word the entire time. Terrible customer service."
