"I'm very disappointed. I recently ordered some dresses for my daughter and they sent us the wrong size. I tried to call customer service but apparently the only solution is for me to drive to the nearest store, 45 minutes away. They won't let me send back the wrong sized dress and exchange it online. I'm hoping they will present another option or they're losing a customer."

"I went shopping today. When I got to the cashier, the cashier asked me if I wanted a credit card. I said I didn't want it and she replied "NO CREDIT, NO ENTRY". I invite your employees to respect."

"I have shopped here probably close to a half dozen times and never once had a bad experience. The employees were always nice and helpful. Today, the 2 ladies asked me if I needed help, and were helpful when I had a question for them. I would like to see a bigger store in Bloomingdale for more selection, but I find most of what we need everytime. I'd be nice if they opened earlier than 11am most days as well."

"This was my first experience w a carter's. I received a gift without a receipt and was looking to exchange. The staff treated me like I had done something wrong and were very unhelpful. I was told I had to shop immediately and spend over the dollar amount inorder to be rung out. I couldn't forfeit any money even if there was nothing else I wanted. I had to spend over. Poor newborn selection too. I won't be back to a carter's."

"I’ve always greeted and had excellent customer service until today when I went in to pickup an online order. The employee was stocking socks directly in front of the registers so I stood a few feet away and waited … and waited. She knew I was standing there but didn’t bother to acknowledge me. I finally said “excuse me, I have an online order to pickup”. She didn’t even look at me! Just asked for my last name and handed me my order. Never had such poor, unfriendly customer service at a Carter’s store"
