"RUN FAR AWAY. Service department didn’t fully tighten oil plug resulting in engine failure. Dealership refused to take any sort of responsibility. Brand new vehicle just over a year old and was quoted almost $13000 for their mistake. Shortly after I find out a family friend of mine who just purchased a jeep from them had the exact same issue just 10 miles from the dealership. Absolutely unacceptable service all around. Not a single person I know will ever come here again."

"Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours. I watched the waiting room fill up and empty 3 times. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told it would be about an hour. It would of been nice if someone told me what was going on or offer me a ride home."

"I bought my car from this tyson and have come here for everything my jeep needed. I have never had such trouble with a business. We came in the other day for a oil change through the express lane. According to your website and google it opened at 6:30am, I arrived before then to make sure we can get in and out and not waste our whole day. The employee told us they don’t accept walk in’s until after 7:30am? That is not stated on your website? So we had to leave and come back around 7:30 and then wait for hours because when we got back the employee said there was a long wait. Just horrible customer service"

"This is second vehicle I bought new from them this time $62,000 loaded Laramie. Second issue with it once truck wouldn’t turn off this time sunroof wouldn’t shut. Process to get it in looked at fixed might as well just try fixing it yourself. Had to wait a week to get in no rental coverage until day of drop off and after 3 days would be $50 a day in rental fees and they didn’t even know how long it would take."

"The service department is DISASTROUS. Several times in 2022, I have booked APPOINTMENTS for our vehicles, and the vehicles services are not done anywhere close to a reasonable time frame. More often than not, I am forced to leave my car there in HOPES it will be seen the next day. On the past three occasions, our vehicles SCHEDULED services were performed the following business day (each of these services should take no more than 1 hour). The most recent example was 11/22/22. My vehicle was scheduled for a diagnostic at 9:00 AM (per management, the expected time frame of a diagnostic is 1 hour). I graciously gave them extra time and called at 2:00 PM to get an update, only to find out once again my vehicle will not be seen. Save yourself the time, money, and run around and go elsewhere. There are major scheduling issues as well as a lack of accountability and customer service to accommodate their ongoing errors and issues. I hope their service department operations and scheduling gets an overhaul ASAP. They seem desperate for revenue that they are taking on every appointment when they cannot sustain the demand with their resources. Even the manager admitted it's frustrating. If the manager is even agreeing.... you know there are major problems. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go somewhere that will be accountable and mindful of your time and money, not just theirs."
