"Very displeased. Dishonest and backhanded. Got a quote for a new key. First off $200 just for the key(not cut or programmed). Nuts. It’s a sliver of metal,plastic and a micro chip. Whatever. Was told over the phone that the cost to cut and program was $100+cost of key. So I assume okay that’s the labor charge. NOPE. They then charge me $185 for 2 hours of the labor that it took. Was also told it would take an hour. I work in the auto/diesel industry and if you give a customer a flat rate fee for something and it takes you longer…sorry that’s on you. Either tell the customer the hr/labor rate and tell them it COULD take longer or honor your price. Almost $500 for a new key on a pos 15 year old car. Sad"

"Dropped off 2 company vehicle for service, service on both was poor cutting corners where ever available Couldn’t even check a leak on a 10,000 lbs truck like totally safe I guess if a tire pops while I’m driving wanted to make them my new dealship but if they cannot even do basic service why would I buy a car off them Asked multiple times called multiple times to check on issue like pulling teeth for basic service will never go again allready called ford to let them know about the company any high reviews are written by new people who just bought they will be sure to change there review when they occur issues since the dealship won’t be there to help"

"Stopped in for service since I don’t like Currie ford that much wanted to give the business elsewhere and slowly work my way into a new dealship since I buy new trucks every 2 years I dropped off a f-150 which was okay quick service says there is a update pending so wish they had done that while it was there Dropped off my transit 350 next vehicle is only around a a year old and front tires were losing air every 2-5 days had to be filled up “wouldn’t go flat but would loose enough to set off sensor Dropped off for 20,000 mile service as well as oil change Mentioned the tire issue in the front that I wanted to get it fixed since there had to be a leak to explain air lose They had called me earlier next day that truck was ready I called back since I couldn’t answer and ask what was wrong with tire they explained they apprently didn’t look into it and had just rotated the tires I was horrified explaining the issue asking if they had a idea where the tires had been rotated to Said was too late to talk to technician who worked on truck and he couldn’t be reach till next week that I could call in the morning that no one could call me back since he wouldn’t be in tomorrow Like what the f… are you kidding me I told I would call back tomorrow but what a way to treat a new customer who wants to start a relationship like they didn’t even both to look at my issue and moved it another location and when I called earlier they had time to look at before techs left and they didn’t even both to look into it with 2 requests to do Like tires are defective or damaged they are setting me up for a accident since tires can and do blow and it’s a heavy truck not something you want loosing air going down the highway Like I wish I could say more just don’t have enough words to describe their lack of professionalism and commitment to their job"
