"Absolutely clueless pharmacists! I called today to ask about the availability of Monkeypox vaccine. I could hear them laugh in the background about the question, and as she got back to me, none of them had any idea what Monkeypox was and about the WHO global health emergency decleration. "Zero stars! The worse customer service staff ever, they claimed their policy could not process my western union, when I asked to show me. They told me they did not have too , instead they asked me if I gave anything that proves otherwise. I told them policies are public and if you are to tell one the store policy’s then one should be able to produce the policy for viewing."
"This pharmacy is incredible! For the past 5 years, they have worked wonders for us. Our son has asthma and we’re on a healthcare ministries program, so our prescriptions are out of pocket. This pharmacy consistently helps me find ways to get coupons or find offers to help offset our costs, always going out of their way to help. We’ve moved farther away, but it’s worth the drive for us to get this type of customer service. So grateful for them!"
