"Well, I'm turning around and leaving the store for the fourth time in a week and a half, it's been like this for months. Absolutely absurd. Makes me wonder how many OTHER people have also been missing their daily medication because they don't have the half hour to stand in line over here. HEB Pharmacy, you are on the brink of losing my family's business.. what happened, you folks used to hustle, fix it now! Not a happy customer."

"I transferred my meds from Heb to CVS pharmacy and I called HEB today and said cvs pharmacy is very very unprofessional and rude they won't use good Rx coupon on med's. I asked if I can transfer back to HEB all my meds they said of course!"

"NOT A RELIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY LOCATION I am on auto refill on several medications that are vital for my health. Recently i was refused refill by my Dr.until I had a checkup but was not notified untill I went to check on my refill. I was told I could get a couple of vital heart capsules to hold me over the weekend (not narcotic). When I went to pick them up I was refused by the Pharmacist on duty 3-8-2020 5:30pm. I don't understand why a pharmacist would put someones life at risk over a couple of capsules."

"Took 30 minutes to fill 1 medicine and misspelled my name. I was told to wait 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, I went to check and was told by Johanna to wait another 10. So I waited at least 15 minutes and then returned to the counter. Johanna said they're are in process of getting it ready. It was five minutes later before my prescription is ready for check-out. The staff don't appear to have large volumes of orders to fill, yet it took them 30 minutes to fill 1 cough medicine?!! I had an additional prescription for Claritin D or Allegra D, so I asked Johanna for the difference in price. She acknowledge there is but refused to go into specifics. So she ended up picking the Claritin brand (even though Allegra also have 24-hour relief but different quality of tablets). After completing the purchase, I discovered over the counter that Allegra is cheaper per tablet and per dosage. Should have checked it first 'cos one cannot trust Texas-style customer service in the form of Johanna. To add insult, they misspelled my name on my receipt! I gave them my health insurance card and Driver's ID - two forms of identification - and they still misspelled my name. Won't be coming back here."
