"No place is worst. No coupons allowed, FYI. I've been here over 60 years and of all the pharmacies in Texas, this place is horrific and staffed by folks who "can't stand the heat, and need to get out of the kitchen!" Yes there's a huge line, and long wait. Oh well, pharmacists, DEAL with it! If you are too weak, go into a different profession. Wow! I waited over 45 minutes for them to get to me. Then the pharmacist said I wasn't allowed to use my coupon. She said it would take 20 minutes. Huh??! I've used this coupon for years; it takes less than one minute, for sure! But no, she wouldn't allow me to process it. So I'm having a different pharmacy take my many prescriptions. This place wasn't near my house anyway; it was near my work. So it'll be better for me to move them anyway. I highly recommend that you take your scripts elsewhere. Where? Anywhere but here! They're always slow, they always make mistakes, and yet I kept coming here hoping it'd get better. Nope, only worse. Ok, no problem, buh-BYE!!"

"Please forgive me for not remembering the name -- I believe it was Mariska or Marissa -- but this pharmacist was excellent helping me today. It is unfortunate how uncommon it has become to go to doctor's offices or pharmacies, and have the people working there be either apathetic or -- not to be mean, but this may very well be the case at times -- incompetent. Ms. M. went above and beyond and took it upon herself to look into my problem and find a solution for it. That was true leadership, and I am very grateful for it. I hope places continue to seek pharmacists etc. who operate at this high standard. Thank you again!"

After another CVS location did not communicate with my doctor’s office that they were out of stock of a very time sensitive prescription, Rhonda in the pharmacy at this location took the time to ensure me that the medications were in stock while we waited for my office to call it in. She made sure my information was taken down correctly and was very kind."
