"This HEB pharmacy is a mess. I understand that they’re busy, but they're clearly not staffed appropriately for the volume of customers who come through this location. Wait times in their car line are usually 35-45 minutes, and even if you get a text telling you your prescription is ready they’ll often tell you it’s going to be another 45 minutes once you arrive to pick it up. It’s just such a waste of time for no reason. The staff is generally nice about it, but nice only goes so far!"

"Horrible pharmacy! Very unprofessional. Told today my prescription transfer would take four hours and would be done by noon. Come to find out they never called to get my prescription. Save yourself time and energy and just go somewhere else."

"I consistently have issues with this pharmacy that leads me to taking important medications late. Never had a clean transfer of medications. Location always seems understaffed and overwhelmed. I was encouraged so many time to use the app instead of calling in. The app has almost certainly caused more problems than it has been good for, I end up having to call about them problems any way. it tells me wrong pick up times and incorrect inventory of location all the time.I'm going back to only calling in. some meds this location doesn't stock well enough and I have to use another pharmacy. Something js wrong with the structure, care and management of this place that is leading to mistakes, and a pharmacy is too serious of a place for that. Employees here try their best to give good service, at this point I think they don't have the means to do their job well.."

"I live alone and had foot surgery so could not get to the pharmacy. HEB offers delivery so I asked for the pain meds to be delivered and they guaranteed it would be that day. I waited all day then called again before they closed and they said they were still out for delivery. They never arrived. The next day I called the pharmacy again and the meds were still at the pharmacy. They didn’t apologize or anything, just asked whether I wanted them to try a delivery again. I am in terrible pain from surgery. If they don’t have a reliable service, then HEB should not offer delivery. I am now more than 24 hours out and have to find someone to go pick them up. HEB really let me down."

"Slow and inconsiderate. I sat in the line 45 minutes and was told it would be another 10 and to go sit another 45 minutes waiting in line again but yet I waited 10 minutes for them to take care of the customer next to me. The lady to me 1 of my prescriptions was ready and the manager says she was wrong neither is ready, I drove off and called immediately to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and the lady then says do you want me to put the prescription back somebody is lying is it ready or not!"
