"Don’t come here at 9:00-9:30, they don’t open when they say they do."
"On Saturday September 23rd, I called this Walmart pharmacy after the vet sent over a prescription for my dog. Unfortunately, I had the experience of speaking with a pharmacist who turned out to be someone who discriminates against customers and was an outright liar. This person is Neha Vora. At 12:17pm I called the pharmacy to see if my dog’s prescriptions were ready. I was informed by Neha Vora that there was no prescription for my dog. I gave her my name, my DOB, my dog’s name, his date of birth, the vet’s name, my phone number, and my address. She stated nothing was in the system matching that information. I called the vet to find out what was going on and I was told it was sent to this pharmacy early in the morning close to 9:00am. I called the pharmacy back several times, but Neha Vora denied having the prescription. I called the pharmacy a total of three times before contacting the vet again. At around 2:00pm another associate answered the phone and literally found the prescription right away. I did not provide him with anything besides my name. I asked the associate what time the pharmacy received the prescription and he stated they received it that morning just as the vet had explained. Turns out Neha Vora was lying and did not want to fill the prescriptions. During the call, the associate stated they did not have one of the medications to fill the prescription in an attempt to cover their lie. Then he stated the vet did not specify whether the dog’s prescription was chews or regular filled pills. They held onto one of the prescriptions after I requested a transfer to another pharmacist that was more trustworthy. I asked for the manager, but the associate stated they did not have a manager which is a violation. All pharmacies are required to have a pharmacy manager when operating for purposes such as these. I would not trust Neha Vora with any prescription after this experience. Since she lied about receiving a prescription and discriminated against a customer, I believe she would harm a customer by not properly filling a prescription. This is not a place you can trust, especially when there is no managing pharmacist. That is far too dangerous."
"According to the Walmart website, this pharmacy location is supposed to be open on Sundays. It was locked up and no sign indicating that staff was on a break."
"I have only wonderful things to say about this pharmacy. They go above and beyond to help their patients: prescriptions are filled quickly and when medications are not in stock, they problem solve for you. I had one tech (Nico) call around to multiple other WalMarts to find one with the ear drops in stock for my son. Another tech took the time to call the pediatrician to get the prescription adjusted when they didn't have the correct strength in stock. Everyone has been kind and has always gone out of their way to take care of us. Also, the drive thru med pick up is a huge help when you have kids."
"Pharmacists and techs are very helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure how to transfer a prescription and they took my information and did the rest for me. When picking up the prescription, I witnessed the pharmacist dealing with a somewhat disgruntled guest. The guest was frustrated that she could not check out her produce items at the pharmacy (because they do not have a scale for them). The pharmacist remained patient with the guest and even offered for her tech to go help the woman ring up her items at self check out, since it was most likely faster than waiting in another line. Overall, I have experienced great customer service!"
