"I am very unhappy with this pharmacy. Service is not what I would expect from HEB. When I picked up my prescription, the clerk said I needed a consultation because it was a new medicine for me. He told me to call because they were not doing in person consults. Apparently the clerks are expendable since he was the same distance from me as the pharmacist would have been for the consult. So anyway, I called and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up, called back and was on hold for another 5 minutes. Then I gave up and called the store manager who took my name and number and said he would check on what was going on. I asked if he would ask the pharmacy to call me when it was convenient instead of me being on hold for who knows how long. This is day after and I have not heard from the manager or pharmacy."

"I’ve used HEB pharmacies for 10 years and they are always nice but I have to mention Lesa at this pharmacy. She’s on a new level of customer care. She’s is so helpful and always able to fix problems (that I cause of course)."

"I always have great service here. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, and I’ve been waiting and wasn’t called up when my items were ready, but even then they were so friendly I couldn’t be mad. I recently tried the free delivery service. I wish it were available online or to schedule, but even calling it was super easy and straightforward. You have to call before 3Pm on the day you want it delivered. They do advise it can take 8 hrs and you have to be there to receive it but not a big deal for me, and they ended up getting it to me in like 3 hrs or something, so not bad."
