"I will never buy another vehicle from Ford Groves in Cape Girardeau Mo . Why have a warranty when they won't stand behind it"
"Exceptional service, friendly staff, easy in and out service. Very reasonable rates. I had a situation and they handled it so quickly. I highly recommend"
"I’ve had the best experience with service here! Lincoln has made it more difficult to get a loaner vehicle but the concierge service makes it convenient!"
"I went in with my 2022 Lincoln Navigator display screen/cameras not working right. I was informed when I arrived that they are no longer a Lincoln dealer. They couldn’t provide me with a loaner for the 6 hours it took because “Lincoln wouldn’t reimburse them.” Then when completed I was told by the not very friendly service guy that I shouldn’t use my Bluetooth on phone for 2 weeks while it “finishes” updating. If what they did they may need to “do some more digging.” I turned off Bluetooth before getting in my car and within less than 5 miles it froze up again, no backup camera. Also, my receipt said “customer felt no need for Lincoln wash.” I would have been but I was not asked! So that was untrue. Will never go here again and will never buy a car here."
"Update: Apparently, they messed up my recall. They called me to say that I was out on mileage, even though I tried to bring the truck in several months ago for two recalls when it was within the mileage limit. They completed one recall but refused the second one (a steering system recall, which is kind of important). After the steering recall was performed, I was called and told it wasn't covered due to exceeding the mileage, and we would have to pay for the repairs. I was offered the repair at warranty rates, which was still $160. Since it's a company vehicle, I had to defer to my fleet maintenance foreman for authorization for the payment. He took over the issue from this point because we shouldn't have to pay for a repair that was initially refused without due cause, and then, when we proved it was otherwise, we had to pay for the recall, which, by the way, wasn't caught at any point when being performed, making it the service provider's error, not the customer's. The person who called me was very nice and apologetic and I know this kind of thing happens but don't expect a customer to pay for your mistakes."
