He goes above and beyond. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but its worth it because that type of customer service doesn't happen much anymore."

"I came for a flu shot that I scheduled online several days in advance. By chance, there was a drive thru flu shot clinic happening outside but they told me to head inside where it was warmer since I had already made an appointment. The pharmacist asked me why I didn’t go outside, he was rude, and beyond inconvenienced. He put his hands up and said I’m just filling in and wasn’t told I’d have to give flu shots today. Keep in mind, Randall’s has called me twice about this flu shot to remind me to get it. They had a sheet with my name on it when I arrived. I never shop at Randall’s and was thinking I’d give it a try until this terrible encounter with the pharmacist."

"The staff here are wonderful. The regular pharmacists that have been there long-term know me by name, stop me to ask how I am if they run into me elsewhere in the store. They have all gone out of their way to be strong players on my healthcare team. I moved to a new apartment where other pharmacies are more convenient, but I kept my prescriptions here because I know I won't get the same level of service elsewhere."

"It is a small store that will change up their product without notice. The meat department is so bare and the product out there is usually 1-2 days from going bad. It's like they get deals on old meat and resell to the public. The bakery use to have great pastries but over the last few years, it's become bland. Their donuts are often old or just stale. My guess is they only make them a couple of times a week, instead of daily. This is the biggest downfall of this store- they are ALWAYS short staffed. All while management is standing around aisles, talking about whatever and leaving 2 check out lanes, one express and one regular, open for 15 customers. I've waited in line at check out longer than it took me to shop."
