"They looked up my prescription card issued in 2022 and told me that my insurance expired in 2019. That shouldn't be possible. After calling back 3 times and being hung up on twice it was sorted. Dreadful experience."

"I’ve been going to various CVS RX for years, and this is by far a very bad pharmacy to get your refill needs. They are extremely slow and they do not fill your RX orders in a timely manner as promised over the phone or in person. They tell you to wait 5 minutes and 20 minutes later your order is not filled. To make matters worse, they can not count pills. How you only provide the customer for 10 pills when you charge them for 90 is beyond me. I drove home, drove back to waste so much time. I was not going to waste another 20 minutes. I’d rather drive to Costco, get my RX even if it takes 40 minutes because CVS doesn’t deserve my business. Pick another pharmacy, with competent pharmacists."

"S**t show of a CVS. Pharmacy techs were careless and told me I had to wait 2.5hrs to pick up my scrip after leaving it the night before. Unreal. Store is messy and unkept. Hard to check out with no regular cashiers in sight as we had wine to buy. Not coming here again."

"I was rather fond of the south congress location, but it closed. I brought in a prescription and it was still not filled 4 hours later even though the woman at the window told me they’d have it filled in an hour at drop off. So when I arrived I was told it would be about 10 minutes, which is fine, but after waiting for 20, I was told it would be another 15. This could’ve been a short staffed day or something, but I’d try finding another CVS location if you’re sick and trying to get your medicine, or call ahead to make sure it’s filled before you leave your house. I would have done that but thought I didn’t need to since I didn’t come to pick it up until 4 hours after drop off. I’ll be back since this is the only conveniently located pharmacy for me now, but my advice is to not expect quick service and go on a day your To Do list isn’t as long as your arm."
