"If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Pharmacist Patel was so very very rude. She refused to fill cough syrup for my 21-year-old daughter. She said that there is no way she would give her the quantity that doctor requested because she was 21. The doctor called and confirmed the quanity but she still would not fill it. Finally, after the doctor resent the prescription, Ms Patel agreed to do it. Unbelievable. There were five other prescriptions for my daughter who has the flu. Incomprehensible that she would just assume because someone is 21 that they are a drug seeking addict. Do not come to this pharmacy under any circumstances!"

"I arrived three minutes after the pharmacy had closed and the pharmacist Wu saw the panicked look on my face. She opened back up to give me my script, and was super kind and patient. I was leaving for vacation the next day, so she truly was my guardian angel."

"5300 Mopac Austin, Texas in Target store. This CVS is the best CVS pharmacy I've used in the Austin area. They do a great job filling the prescription with a smile. I also got my flu shot there today. The lady that gave me the shot did a great job. I didn't feel the needle and only slight pressure for 20 seconds afterwards. Very organized, courteous and. nice."

"I will never go back here because the lack of customer service. I was the only customer in line. I love this Target so I chose this location to fill my prescription and decided when I picked up my prescription to also get a flu shot. When I walked up the pharmacist stated there was a 30-minute wait for a flu shot, I agreed to wait – the pharmacist was not very happy, that I agreed to wait, then stated that the system was down and could not received coverage for my flu shot. I called my insurance while browsing Target to see if there was a problem with the system and they stated that there was not. I communicated this to the pharmacist, NO ONE IN LINE, and he ignored me and then said he was “too busy.”"
