Reviews
"Terrible service, staff has no idea what is going on."
"This pharmacy is beyond unprofessional. They tell you the prescription is ready then once you get there they say it was at another location when I NEVER authorized them to be sent to a different location. Now I’m here at the voss location and they stated they never received a transfer from the montrose location. Switching pharmacies."
"The Walgreens pharmacy here is over staffed and yet very slow to provide service. This on a weekday late morning. The CVS down the road is so much more efficient!!"
"Consistently one of the worst pharmacies in the area. Since November they have found a way to mess up each and every prescription I have. From creating to user profiles so that there’s an issue with my insurance to getting my name wrong every time - it always becomes a stressful situation. If you come here, don’t expect your prescriptions to be on time. They have been always 3 to 4 days late and they don’t know how to enter prescription details or manufacture coupons. My most recent experience was with Nigen Thomas. A simple prescription refill turned into a 30 minute call where he would not get my name right, listen to what I was saying, and consistently get my name wrong. He kept yelling at me over the phone and ultimately became very rude. When he started yelling at me I asked him to please stay respectful, and he only got worse. In the end he hung up on me while I was midsentence explaining what I needed help with. I ended up talking with Crystal at the store and drove directly right after he hung up on me. I confronted Nigen and and he was very rude in person too. He would not apologize and I had to get the manager involved to help me. Crystal, thank you for your kindness and for helping me. Nigen, I am not sure what you are doing here working in customer service. I wonder if you gaslight yourself as much as you gaslit me today."
"Don't bother trying to fill a prescription if your license is expired. They won't fill it, which means at least a week before you can fill it, as getting a new license requires an appointment."
