And I walked out with several great fitting options. I had such a good experience the 1st time that I returned today after gaining pregnancy weight for more help and I was pleased again. I will be returning again specifically for her department due to her kindness. Would give 10 stars if I could for her."

"Was in a really good mood and anxious to throw my money into Dillards today. However, I walked past 4 employees on different occasions. Some didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no hi, no can I help you find anything. Just nothing. Some looked at me and looked away. I closed my pocketbook and went down the hall. Surely they don’t need anything from me."

"Extremely expensive. Didn't have anything close to formal wear we were looking for. Staff was friendly but this wasn't the store for me or my budget. Simple white button up for a teen is $150? I won't go back. If you have money to throw around and aren't looking for something specific, just dress clothes, then by all means shop til you drop. If you don't have plastic or a wad of Benjamins, consider anywhere else."
