New Dimension Pharmacy

"I hate giving bad reviews, but I hated this experience more. I took a family member to have a COVID vaccination appointment at 9 AM so I can still make it to work. When we came, the pharmacy was closed. Another employee was parked outside and told us the pharmacist will be 5 minutes late, which we were okay with. Everyone has traffic issues every once in a while. 10 minutes passed and she says “he’ll be here in 15 minutes”. We said that’s okay. Another 30 minutes pass by, nothing. We found out the pharmacist’s commute isn’t even that far, so how is the pharmacist 2 hours late from when the pharmacy is supposed to be open? People need their medication. It doesn’t even matter to me that I was late to work, but to keep patients from having their medication is unacceptable. People do not have the luxury to get their medication at any time of the day. The worst part out of this whole experience is when the pharmacist finally came at 9:50 (50 minutes after the scheduled appointment and 2 HOURS after when the pharmacy is supposed to be open), Dr. Carlos comes in without any apology and made it seem as if we were in the wrong. Very rude attitude. The technician who tried to update us was very kind, and she apologized for the pharmacist’s late arrival, but why is she the one who’s apologizing? She didn’t do anything wrong. Also side note, Dr. Carlos injected the vaccine, didn’t cap the syringe after taking the syringe out nor did he initially place it in the biohazard sharps container and placed the syringe needle on the paper we filled out our patient information with. He also did not disinfect the area before or after the vaccination. That’s a biohazard issue. If this is how he practices, he holds the possibility of spreading blood borne pathogens such as Hepatitis B, HIV, etc."

"It's tough to find an actual compounding pharmacy these days, so cherish any one you find. This is seems well run and is keeping their sense of humor despite construction nearby. Keep looking until you find them, because their outside sign is a victim of construction."

"Called in Rx, tech on phone very nice but...she took all info and told me she would call patient when ready to pick up, two days later no word. So i called only for pharmacist to say that I was told he could not compound drug when i called two days earlier!!! Unbelievable! So tech took all labeling info, took patients number so she could call when script ready but magically she also told me pharmacist didn't have chemicals to compound drug! Yeah not how actual call went! Very unprofessional!!!!!!! Will never use again!!!!! In pharmacist’s defense it was a tech error not his."

"I tried to get my prescription filled at this Pharmacy, only to be told, they do not just fill Narcotic prescriptions! I have 2 partially torn tendons, and a broken bone in my heel! What is this Pharmacy in business for, if not to fill prescriptions? This is the ONLY pharmacy that carries this Medicine. Now I will have to wait another week to get this filled. Another pharmacy is filling it, but will have to order this.This has GOT to be some kind of discriminatory issue. Do your job! Will Persue this further."

"New Dimension Pharmacy, excellently run by Carlos and Jeremy (and probably others that I have yet to have the pleasure to meet) - is excellent. Five Stars isn't high enough. Carlos and Jeffrey were able to get a rare ingredient to me quickly, and even placed it in special packaging that dispensed a better amount, with less risk of contamination than the packaging that I received from major retailers. Moreover, the medication cost less than a competitor, and Jeremy was exceedingly kind in explaining how the medication would work and how to apply it. I absolutely recommend New Dimension Pharmacy. They'll take good care of you."
