"Worst place to go for a doctor visit. DR DWAYNE BROUSSARD put false information on my history and if you're an out of pocket payment person... not only do you pay in full when before you leave the clinic but they will also give you a substantially higher bill later charging for the same thing."

"They sold out to Walgreens and the new Walgreens staff is rude and ignorant they will tell you a medicine that you absolutely need can he picked up at any Walgreens then when you go to get it the store tells you it's only available there! So sad to see a small independent pharmacy be sold out to a terrible corporation. Now you have to wait in line with all the people who think they have covid just to get your medicine! Y'all don't care about people or their health and I will have my doctor send it elsewhere."

"They are better than most pharmacys, wait times are minimal. Fast friendly customer service. Good atmosphere. I like them. Access to the pharmacy is really good. They have free covered parking 3 tier with security guard on site."

"Up until 13 months ago, I was a very happy patient at Village Family Practice and their Pharmacy. Then I moved to Austin. My Medicare Advantage insurance did not allow me to do anything with VFP. This year. 2019, I was able to resecure the same plan that I used in Houston for years, and immediately transferred my prescriptions back to VFP. Nada was the one who helped do this and helped me be able to afford one prescription in particular. She performed miracles and handled it all - from start to finish - from calling the pharmacy in Austin to making sure the changes were affordable. I certainly hope that Village Family Pharmacy realizes what a treasure they have in Nada. Now if I could just figure out a way to continue to see Dr. Lemming, my life would be complete!!
