"At first they said the error was that I filled the script recently for 270 tablets when in actuality was a conflict in script that a call to the doctor would clarify. So I called my insurance. This pharmacy is selective on what they fill & will dance around it thus wasting your time. They will only fill prescriptions IF you fill ALL of them with them no matter the circumstance. Than even with my insurance provider on the phone when there was an error and she said "that a routine call to my doctor was in order to authorize it again (nothing unusual) and the pharmacist DID NOT HAVE TO KNOW WHAT MEDICINES YOU WERE TAKING THAT THE DOCTOR WOULD KNOW & THAT'S THE DOCTOR'S JOB" hence authorization. 30 minutes later after all of that, he basically refused to call my doctor for a simple & routine authorization after at the beginning stating he would. When I hung up with United Healthcare I just asked again for the 4th time "ok is this something yall can do or no?" and they said no. Such a waste of time and is very frustrating. They won't even lift a finger to do their job and want to play doctor. They hold their own hours. This place is a joke."
