"I'm here to simply pick up a prescription. 1 person working and she is giving shots???? Horrible service. I have 2 little kids w me. I'm seriously considering finding an alternative to cvs."
"I must thank both Hahn and Paul for their knowledge, attention to details, and their patience is providing excellent service. As a physician, I am aware of the importance in a patient understanding a care plan and the extreme pressure put on pharmacist in these times of limited employee support provided by employers. Despite what they are doing trying to juggle phone calls, handle insurance inquires, complete prescriptions, and address customers waiting in line and often (particularly in the morning when I visit) having no support staff to help. I have never seen them express frustration nor be short with a customer. Hahn and Paul receive my appreciation and thanks for being there."
"I got transfered to CVS due to my insurance. I hate it .never get to talk to anyone, hateful on phone if they ever answer. Slow filling RX, text every day twice"
"When my usual pharmacy could not fill my prescription I went to Target. I paid $144 including my insurance discount for ear drops. When my usual pharmacy called saying the prescription was available the cost was $49. I felt like I got ripped off from the Target pharmacy with no means of recourse."
"My doctor called in my meds but they were not filled. I was new to the pharmacy and when I called to verify my meds filled (two non-narcotics) they said they didn't want to fill it until they talked to my doctor even though they had been in possession of the scripts for a whole week. This was extremely frustrating because we were waiting to go out of town & this was the sole thing holding up what should have been a quick errand. Finally my doctor called me and said it was taken care of however when I went up to the pharmacy they insisted they got no call from my doctor. I had to walk outside on my cane to make yet another call. Finally about an hour in filled them while everyone waited. Then to add insult to injury the pharmacist told me not to fill my meds there anymore because I had "cussed her out on the phone" when nothing of the sort had occurred. She struck me as the type of pharmacist I've see being bred more and more often as late... They think that since they CAN override any doctors scripts that they SHOULD."
