"This is a pretty big kroger. It's way cleaner than the close H-E-B. There is the bakery, deli, dairy, and fresh produce, and regular store item isles."
"This will definitely be last time using this pharmacy. The pharmacist (today7:41pm) automatically assumed my insurance would be be substandard and stated he would apply his discount for $8. I told him my insurance would cover the prescription; he responded I’m sure it will be more than our discount. At that point I told him that my co-pay would only be $4. From the start of our interaction he was condescending and rude. Maybe because I was wearing sweatpants who knows. Moving forward I’ll stick to Walgreens. Never judge a book by its cover! "This neighborhood pharmacy is a hidden gem.The best, most efficient and caring staff. Going there for years. Awesome manager and assistant manger. Doesn’t waste my time and prepare my medicine in timely manners."
"They LIE. Their computer register system will not allow for a customer to bypass their own PIN with a debit card, and the pharmacist LIED to me, and said “All Kroger Cash systems are like this.” Not even the cash registers fifteen feet from his do that, and I told him so. ALSO: they ENTHUSIASTICALLY SUBSTITUTE their STORE BRAND allergy medicines: my ELDERLY mother asked them for Mucinex D Maximum Strength. When we got home, I saw that they had sold her a package of the STORE BRAND regular strength—they do not make one in extra strength, so they tell you to take 2. They claim it is the same. It is not. The math adds up, but compressed powdered chemicals are not as simple as basic addition. While it may not seem like a big deal, 2 small pills dissolve faster, putting out a higher level of medicine, MAKING YOUR HEART RACE. Also, as they dissolve too quickly, they must be retaken sooner. This is no longer a 2-dose/24 hour thing. Now it is all wonky, and as a jittery mess, I am going to have to try to remember when I took the medicine I did not want. They appear to be nice people, but they LIE, and they TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLD PEOPLE."
"Worst pharmacy, disorganized and very bad customer service. False promises on medicine refills and they never make my medicines ready on time. Every month I have to call multiple times ahead to make sure I get my medicine on time, but they somehow run out and give it to some other person. Sometimes they say it will be ready in an hour and still don't prepare it. Had enough of this.. will be switching over to Walgreens or CVS."
