Walmart Pharmacy

"I went to pick up my script just minutes before the pharmacy closed so they were pretty busy but Patricia and the other woman working the registers and the pharmacist were all smiles for each and every customer! The pharmacist was kind and caring, as well as, knowledgeable and professional, yet easy to talk to!!"

"This has been our pharmacy for 8 years. Unfortunately is has gone down hill Recently and fast. The pharmacists are great, however the techs are the dumbest people I’ve ever encountered. Scary when dealing with pharmaceuticals. Double check your meds from here people."

"This pharmacy is unprofessional. I put in a refill request, and was told it would be available today after 4pm. I pull up to the window, and the man tells me it will not be available until Monday, since they don’t have it. I got a little upset, because why didn’t anyone call me to inform me that my refill will not be available? I ask the man if he can call the location off 529, he responds that I will have to come inside in order for him to call. So, instead of making things right, you want me to park and come inside to make a phone call? I clearly did the window for a reason. I will stick with Walgreens and or CVS. I shouldn’t expect customer service at Walmart."

"I had called around for hours looking for a specific medication and other then people telling me they don’t have it, they weren’t too helpful. When I called this pharmacy the gentleman looked it up and apologized for not having it but then he offered to order it and have it arrive the next day. I know this isn’t always possible but just offering to take that extra step is the reason I will be transferring our business here."
