"This pharmacy does not care about their patients! My 3 year old who has eczema that is scratching to the point of bleeding cannot get her prescription until tomorrow even though I called on Thursday! I show up on today which is Monday, and I am told that it can't be filled until tomorrow even though they received the refill request from the doctor. After this is filled, I will be taking my business elsewhere! I guess that is what happens when you hire rude 20 year olds who do not know how to work."

"I just switched over to HEB pharmacy and am so happy with everything about my experience! I first called a couple of times with questions about how to change pharmacies and what I'd need and where to go, etc. Everyone I've delt with there has been nice, kind, helpful, and professional. It was easy to speak with a REAL Human on the phone too. There were several time-consuming issues that came up while I was getting my first perscriptions filled in the drive-through. Clarissa helped me and never made me feel rushed or like I was a pain (though I was, and it took some extra time in the drive-through too). Another employee saw Clarissa was busy with me so the other employee started helping the other line to keep the drive through running smoothly. It was a wonderful example of teamwork and how a good business is run. I am thankful to find HEB Pharmacy and highly recommend it to everyone in this area!"

"I have never been to a pharmacy that was so kind, so personable, and so incredibly helpful as the staff at this store. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. Texas is experiencing an unprecedented winter storm/polar vortex. This pharmacy was one of the few (and the only one near me) that was open. I ALWAYS have trouble filling my meds because they are a “triple script”.....meaning a controlled substance that has so many rules and regulations that it’s ALWAYS difficult to get filled. Having never used this, or any other HEB pharmacy before, I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my Rx filled since were in the middle of a global pandemic and a once in a century freezing weather event. I had my doctor call my Rx to the HEB pharmacy and just prayed they’d help me. When they got my Rx, they immediately called me. I was worried there was an “issue”, but there wasn’t. They just wanted to get my insurance info so I could come through the drive-thru and not have to get out during the ice storm. They were sooooo nice. On the phone. In person. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond for me—a brand new customer. My parents live nearby and I told them about my experience. My parents said, “yeah, they’re always that nice”. These days, that’s an incredible thing to find. I’ll be switching all of my scripts there. The pharmacy staff at this store is truly awesome! I haven’t experienced that kind of customer service from anyplace....in years. Thank you HEB!!"
