"New pharmacy manager trying to get this location in order. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Very kind and patient around ailing customers. Very busy location. Customers should also be kind and patient knowing employees are working hard and short handed at times. Between working the counter, drive thru pharmacy and filling rx, and big pharma not providing medication or filling orders is not employees fault. To Kroger at this location, thank you for your good work. We see you and appreciate you."

"I would like to say good things but several visits to pick up prescriptions needed for my wife's recent back surgery they have completely messed up information needed. Which has caused us to almost not get some important medications. I multiple times now I have dropped by in the afternoon/evening to pick up a prescription that was sent over by the Dr. that morning and had to come back. No it was not to to being really busy. The info was not handled correctly and that causes problems. The worse part is each time they looked at me like I was the cause of the issue when I only showed up to pick up the mess. Something is off there currently. May be time to revamp some systems or find new employees to change the culture. They have normally been great."

"Honestly I would go to any other pharmacy. I put my prescription in to get refilled at 10 am. And was told to come back at 1 for it. I came back at 3:30 and it still wasn’t even started. Along with the attitude and shortness of the people there nothing about this place is good."

"Awful customer service coming from a business owner in a highly customer service industry. Training on phone conversation is needed with rude tones and not friendly. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy and I don’t recommend using this location. I was told several times medicine would be ready and it wasn’t. No apologies from staff and only rude tones over the phone ."

"Extremely rude and unhelpful staff! Was told by the desk manager that she cannot be bothered to help solve my problem, which is actually an error in THEIR system. If you don’t feel like being ignored and insulted then go somewhere else."
