"My new pharmacy. No more waiting on Kroger for 3 days. My doctor called my prescription in to H‑E‑B at 11:30 and they texted me at 12:20 to tell me they’re ready. Fast and friendly service."

"I switched to HEB as many people said the service was good. However the pharmacy staff here is RUDE and extremely unhelpful. Lily or Liliana has never been nice or helpful and always acts like calling or picking up my prescriptions is an inconvenience to her. If you don’t want to work in healthcare and it’s such an inconvenience find something else to do but don’t be rude to patients."

"I used the HEB app to have a prescription transferred. After several days of no response, I went in to check on the status of the refill, and it had not been received, thus me having to start all over. The staff were nice and polite and worked on my order. Several hours later I received text that my prescription was ready when I picked up i was given one month supply instead of 3 month supply (as per doctor order) I was told that due to shortage all persons getting that prescription would only be given one month supplies. I will try else where next time."

"In past dealings with this Pharmacy, it's has been superb. Some concerns the new has worn off and a little complacency moving in....? I hope not because H-E-B is the best. I want to give 5 stars but telling me it's a 30 minute wait...I come back in 10 and you tell me it's a 30 minute wait again? So I drive home, and before I can get the house, I get a call telling my refills are ready. Thanks for helping me consume more of HEB gas."

"Such a friendly staff that are punctual and knowledgeable. I don’t do internet reviews normally, but the staff member I just spoke with took time to help me figure out how to obtain a certain prescription even though H‑E‑B does not carry it at this time. Truly good customer service!"
