"While visiting St Louis from Tennessee with friends for a memorial service my 2014 Fiat 500L 6speed manual transmission suddenly developed an issue. Mike and his crew managed to successfully diagnose and fix the problem in one day and had us back on the road. The problem was a walnut which was lodged in the gear shift. An unscrupulous mechanic could have taken advantage of the situation. Mike handled professionally and honestly charging only a reasonable fee for the labor. He and his team are capable trustworthy. "I would have rated this place five stars prior to the owner Mike assaulting my fiance because he questioned him about the charges for work that was never done. The total was around $300 dollars, but the car never made its way into the garage. It remained outside on their parking lot the whole time. I know this because I live two blocks away. Everyday I went past the.shop the car was still sitting in the same spot. Mike is TOO OLD to initiate a shoving match because someone asks you to expalin the charges. He also throws the keys across the lot. He should be charged with assault for putting his hands on a customer. Correction a former customer."

"I've taken my car in twice to have it worked on (once for strut repair and another time for a busted AC condenser) and both times had the same experience: 1. They called me with an estimate within an hour of dropping the car off 2. Their estimate was wildly lower than other mechanics that I've taken it to (one mechanic quoted me at $750 for the strut repair and they did it for $112). 3. They fixed the car within a couple of hours of getting my go ahead. It's a bit dirty, but the guys are nice and understanding. I can't recommend them enough."
