"Just what I needed that day! A quick fix for a flat tire, on a Sunday. Guys at the center weren’t the most attentive. It’s an Okay place. Probably wouldn’t have gone there had it been during the week. I left without the rim cover on my wheel, since they didn’t call or exchange words about my car, when I arrived for pickup. Overall, got my tire replaced."

"This was my second time there (flat tire on two separate vehicles, both with very specific and hard to find tires). I came in roughly an hour before closing on Saturday. Not only was the team fantastic and able to replace my tire, but they did it on a day where the outside temperature was below 20 degrees and their heating system for the garage wasn’t working. I am lucky to live less than 2 miles from their location and the entire team there should be applauded for their efforts."

"I was on a roadtrip that was taking me through St. Louis when I all of a sudden got a low pressure alert on one of my tires at approximately 4pm on a Friday. I went to the closest tire shop to get help and they said they couldn’t do it until tomorrow. I got back in my car and went to the next closest tire shop and then to a third which all said the same. I found this TireChoice and was immediately greeted welcomingly and was immediately told they could help me right away. Ty at the front desk was amazing. She made sure I knew pricing in advance (which was way less expensive than I thought) and reminded me to save my receipt for my new tire warranty. The gentleman that fixed my tire was professional and courteous. I was back on the road much quicker than expected and incredibly grateful for their fantastic service. I understand they are under new management so if you’ve had a previous bad experience I highly recommend you go back to experience the great customer service I received! "I am so disheartened to hear one of my favorite people got let go from this company(MR.Washington) who was always caring and helpful!! I ran into one of the workers and was told how it went down and as far as a corporation shame on you.. I don’t know if this company practices the EEOC!! From what happened with the manager Will Davis shame on you!! (conformation bias) is the word… you degraded the staff treating them like it’s 1860 in a field saying they are thug’s!!! to the rude woman manager who leaves the store and has her kids running around which is a liability!! I will not come back to this company.."
