"I called at 6:58 AM to inquire about having my car checked and briefly told the man what I was experiencing. AAA towed my car by about 7:30 AM Monday morning (Aug. 2, 2021). Owner quoted me $95. Ok cool! I called to check on the status at 4:00 PM only to encounter the most unprofessional non helpful person on the other end. The next day a different sounding person told me the status of my car. Thursday morning I went to pay for the service rendered only to be charged fees that were never discussed. When I inquired about the fees to the owner he became defense/aggressive with his speech. He removed the additional charge, but tells me in very petty fashion that if my car was not picked up by "tomorrow" he would charge me a $25 daily parking fee. This place is horrible!"

"Dishonest den of thieves! I took my truck to Andy’s several times before and generally had positive experiences until recently. The truck developed a ticking noise in the rear end so I brought it in for a diagnosis. I was told that the engine mounts would need to be replaced before they could rule anything out. Against my better judgment, I obliged to the $300+ repair and figured it needed them anyway. That didn’t solve the problem so I was then advised to replace the rear-end assembly. $900 later and the issue persisted. After some research, I took it back and asked if they checked u-joints and was told everything was good and it was likely a bad rear-end to begin with. Another $900 to put a second one in. The problem persisted. I went to a different shop and was told the rear u-joint was bad. He showed me as the truck was on a lift that it was so loose that it could easily be moved by hand. He said that it was likely the rear end was never the problem and it would be very obvious for any mechanic to have seen how bad the u-joint was. He rebuilt it for under $400. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING TIME AND MONEY AWAY"
