"My husband signed up through this pharmacy because the agent he talked to on the phone ensured him that he could get Xarelto at a low price. This is a drug he has to take for the rest of his life and it is very expensive. He was told many times during the conversation that he could in fact receive this drug for $8 per month. Well, when this was ordered, he received a phone call that they did not provide this drug."

"Lady calls me asking for my insurance info she can’t get it in right so she say she will send a text to me an I can send the picture of it. SHE NEVER SENT that text. Today another lady calls me with the same thing I told her I never received a text she says yes we sent a text yesterday. Ok so if it was sent yesterday why u calling me asking for the same thing. lady 1 never calls me back to say anything. Same as lady 2 she never reach back out to say anything pertaining to my prescriptions from my derm office."

"Used to be very reliable and deliver medication within 1 day. I had to call twice to check on the status of my delivery after I paid upfront. Would’ve liked them to tell me that they had been waiting for one of my prescriptions to be delivered to them"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been waiting for a week now for them to get in contact with me for a prescription and I have yet to hear a single peep from Apex. This is also not the first time that I have had issues with this pharmacy. The first prescription I waited about 3 days to hear anything and then they stated that they would need to get in touch with my insurance. This took almost 10 days. From the time of me having a medication prescribed to me receiving it was almost two whole weeks. Unluckily for me, my prescription was sent to them through my dermatologist, so I have no other choice of pharmacy at the moment. I really don't understand how this pharmacy can operate so slowly."

"Unreliable. They never ship the medication when they say they will and don’t even process the prescription. Getting them to do their job is like pulling teeth. In response to their response below: Their response is false. Check out other people’s reviews - it’s a common theme. They don’t do things the first time you call. I told them today I’m moving the prescription because they lost their chance to do it right the first time I called two days prior and fulfill the prescription refill. This has happened numerous times and they fail to admit they can’t do things properly and lack accountability."
