"the worst managed pharmacy in the area. it should change the counter assistant who is unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespected on customer time. i did have an appointment for covid-19 vaccination in the early of Jun 2021, i arrived on the appointment time and filled on the documents then the counter just told me to wait more than 30 minutes to warm up the vaccine tube. but not told why they had not prepared it earlier for the appointment. today, I have to take a few hours off from work in order to take my wife here for covid vaccination appointment, but the counter again just tell me carelessly the appointment was cancelled and asked me for another date. when i asked why the appointment was canceled without any notices or calls earlier the appointment time even the system still email for confirmation and reminder. then she left to talk with the pharmacist and now i was told they don't have enough appointments to open a vaccine tube. that is a reason why they would like to reschedule to another date. really wasting your time when you have to be off and arrive to your appointment for nothing."

"Probably one of the worst managed pharmacies in the area. I came in to talk about vaccinations and was given paperwork to fill out. I filled it out and handed it back to the clerk and she went to talk to some people. When she came back I asked her about what the flu shot covers and does it cover influenza, she said she didn’t know and will ask about it. Needless to say she went back and worked with other people and decided not to discuss anything with me. Wasted a couple hours waiting and ended up not seeing anyone to get a few vaccinations. Nice."
