"I’m very DISAPPOINTED from Start halfway thru my IMPLANT SURGERY!! 1)They called me and Literally hassled me about $9 that was my part to pay after Insurance for my consultation . 2) The Day of my Surgery I NEVER ONCE SAW my Dental Surgeon. I went under Sedation and Didn’t see him Afterwards either. I’m not sure WHO did my Surgery. 3) I was taken home and Grateful for my Husband who answered my phone because I was still under the effects of the sedation. WELL they FORGOT to give me something about longer sedation or something to that effect. They asked my Husband to bring me back to the office . Someone came out the car and gave me shots in my mouth and sent me on my way!! I’m so DISAPPOINTED with the treatment I got for such a very costly procedure. I’m still in Disbelief of the Standards of this Dental Practice. Communication was LACKING !!"

"Please beware....I had a scaling and root planing procedure to remove gum disease infection from my gum pockets done about a year ago, and after switching over to siue dental college, they are having to redo the scaling and root planing procedure all over again because ginger creek dental did not do a "thorough" job of removing plaque and infection from my gum pockets thereby "perpetuating the disease process".....I asked for a refund on the expensive and poorly performed procedure, even offering to provide them with documented proof of my claim, but they refuse to offer a refund to me.....Their office manager claims that they stand behind their work, but if they are not willing to offer reimbursement to me with proof of reason, then no, they do not stand behind their work....In addition to this, one of their dental "professionals", Dr. Wohlford, who I had been seeing in private practice since my teenage years, failed to ever check me for the presence of gum disease, and as a result, it took a low income dental clinic to check for and diagnose me with advanced gum disease that has been present for many, many years.....Do they not look above the gum line in X Rays? If they did, this would not have happened to me....I call it negligence.....Do yourself a favor, and trust your care to dental offices and clinics who actually care about your dental health, back their work, and check for deforming diseases."

"The dental staff was great but the billing was always a mess. I was notified in December of a past due amount from over a year ago. When I requested a copy of statement, it didn't match the outstanding amount. I had to show the Office Manager that those expenses had already been paid by insurance. They definitely need to hire someone that knows how to reconcile their accounts."
