"The staff said they would get back to me twice and never did, after calling about questions. I also had to wait over an hour to get cavities filled, while sitting in the dental chair, which is frustrating when you have anxiety with dental work. Will also not take sleep physicians recommendations for a mouth guard- so now I have to find a new dentist- after just finding a new one after I had a horrible experience with my last one."

"I retired from the Air Force, at Scott AFB in 1995. Up to that point, the Scott AFB Dental Clinic did such a fine level of work, that my very first civilian dentist (Dr. Francis/Belleville RIP) called everyone over to look at what he called "artwork" in my mouth. Since then, I've hopped around to several local dentists in the metro area, and had okay service and work done. I believe I am qualified from my personal experience to say, Foley Dental is the absolute finest and most professional dentist I have experienced since my Air Force days. My last dentist retired about two years ago, and like many, I forgot about that until something started to hurt. As a new patient, I called in pain, and they got me right in, and took the correct action the following day. In less than 24 hours, I had a "permanent crown" and the original problem is "like it never happened". But that's not all. Not only is the doctor I had an ACE, but the office flew through the insurance paperwork and had my bill clearly explained with no him hawing around, I was in and out like clockwork. "Seems the entire practice is built around up selling. I was pitched perio protect trays (~$1k) for periodontal disease and Invisalign ($5k) to treat sleep apena, that was "diagnosed" by a hygienist all before my first cleaning. The checkout process felt like the finance office at a car dealership. Being put in a room and getting a slip of paper that shows my "investment" instead of just calling it balance due feels scummy and misleading. My second appointment was my scheduled deep cleaning and I had a different hygienist. She did awesome. Unfortunately this didn't outweigh the negatives and I found a new dentist."

"Foley is the best dental care place I’ve ever been. They operate like a well oiled machine. You get into the chair at your appointment time and get going with your procedures. Everything is nice, clean, modern, and they have Netflix tv’s for you to watch. If you’ve never had a tv to watch while getting dental work I can assure you it is a game changer. It takes your mind of the grinding, drilling, smells, etc. Their staff is amazing and so so so knowledgeable and friendly. I will not go anywhere else."

Becky was the hygienist that cleaned my daughter’s teeth and she was so kind and patient with her. Katie was my hygienist and she was so patient and had a very calming demeanor. We loved our previous dentist but a job promotion forced us to relocate back to Illinois. I am so glad that we found Dr. Freeman and Foley Dental Group for our dentistry needs!
