"Arrived here at 7:30 pm. Sat down right away. Crystal took our order for an appetizer right away, we were also ready to order our regular food order but she said she will be right back to take our order. Took 40 minutes to receive our appetizers which was brought by a different employee. She walked past our table countless times and did not return to take our order. 50 minutes later she walked up and carelessly asked if there’s anything else we would like as if it was desert time: The waitress Chrystal was careless about the service she was offering. Will not return here at all. Also, who in their right minds puts shrimp on lettuce? My friend HATES lettuce. Yuck"

"This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. You cannot get a server or bartender while there. I only go there because a family members school hosts events here. I was here over the weekend and all the bar staff stood in back while clearly seeing me waiting. It wasn't busy at all. I ended up waiting 12 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged (because I had to ask to be waited on) I was greeted with a snarky remark. The bartender told me I had to wait. RUDE! Next I'm going to message the establishment. If I treated my customers that way, I'd be fired. I liked it much better before it became this establishment."

"This is an awesome place to go and have fun with your friends and family. They have pool tables, live entertainment, slot machines, bar games, an outdoor patio and a bowling alley. The atmosphere is great and for a moment you feel like you're on vacation. The entertainment is top notch, we happen to be in when the Fuze band was playing and they were amazing. I played some slots, but it just wasn't my day. The beer and hard liquor selections are both good. I can't wait to go back and try the food, and catch some more live music."

"This place is so much better than before, the wait staff actually comes back now and can be found. We stopped coming because there was never enough staff at the bars and the lines were long and the wait staff wouldn't come too tables often. Now they come back and check on you and your food is there is a normal time and hot. Bingo is great, we just found this cool find in town and it's run by a guy name Jake and he keeps the room laughing and excited to win. Prizes are good too."

"Review is for the food. Didn't bowl/visit inside. Ordered a carryout. Got a chopped salad and 12 boneless wings (bbq and buffalo) w/ fries. The salad was good. Loaded with toppings. They were a little skimpy with the dressing on the side. But would order again. The "boneless wings" weren't boneless wings. They were boneless chicken thighs and a little weird. Tasted fine, sauced well but not what we were expecting. Fries had good seasoning. Will order from here again but will try diff things."
