"McDonald’s what the heck is going on. Spend 8 dollars on a double Big Mac and it’s absolutely disgusting. Prices going up for what? Cause the food quality isn’t getting better. The burgers were burnt and tasted burnt. You would think with paying more for food cause your employees want more money that at least they would put in the effort to make a damn burger but no. You pay your employees what 15 dollars a hour and they still can’t make decent food. If you guys were not a chain or a franchise you guys would def be out of business with the quality of your food. I love burnt burgers with dry bread and no flavor thanks! Appreciate the low quality of food that you guys charge so much for now.smh can tell by the lack of response from manage/ corporate that you guys will never change your ways. So stupid"

"Short blond white lady wearing regular clothes seemed to be abusing her power against the employees there pushing them to a extent even though the food here is good for the most part. Always fresh. Fries need more work. But the management seemed rude and very disrespectful. Not coming back…also have noticed many new employees. Many a lot slower for service this place."

"Place is ridiculous, pulled around to get my food and the change slave asked if I planned to get my car fixed. Like what? Advertise on Google as open 24 hours. They are not. There are times they are closed during posted hours even."

"Every time I go here they have some excuse why they cannot complete my order. Want a hamburger at 10:30pm? Too late Kitchen closed. Hot Chocolate? No Shake? No Sundae? No They have made it completely clear it is a waste of time to try to order anything from them. I will go to Lemon Tree down the street and not waste my time. Worst McDonalds I have been to."

"I rated this way because it always surprises me that I can order one item. And have it be wrong. This McDonald's has a habit of getting at least one item wrong on us. Either when I order alone and ask for a double cheeseburger no pickles and it comes no onions and extra pickles, or when we order as a couple and our big macs have extra pickles when we ask for no pickles. Or when we ask for our chicken nuggets to be made fresh so they are nice and hot and juicy when we get home, and I even say I'm okay with the wait. And we pull around only to get home and find nuggets that appear refried instead of made fresh. I'm sorry, but nuggets only taste good if they are super fresh and hot. If they literally Iook like the commercial. Why is it, the employee get a raise to $ 15 an hour, and a computer kiosk now takes the orders for them, and they still get thing wrong. They are being paid more to do less. They should be able to make one sandwich or a whole order without mistakes."
