"This was the regular Sam's Club that my family goes to. Parking wasn't too bad, and dare I say better than Costco's. The Sam's Club Pharmacy is located at the far end, as is typical for Sam's Club. There was no wait, and I was greeted quickly. They worked to get my prescription handled. They could have said too complicated and sent me on my way. Instead, the pharmacist researched and did what it took to get me my prescription. Moreover, it took 10 minutes to fill instead of the usual 60 mins at Costco. There are great people working here."

"Horrible customer service. Not only will they stand there and ignore you, they are completely unhelpful in providing information. I have always gone here for my flu vaccine, even in 2020 during the worst times of Covid as a walk in with no issues. Now they just make up their own rules. Today they refused to take my family as walk ins. There was no one else waiting and the tech who barely spoke English rudely told me I would have to go elsewhere because they only take appointments now. I asked where it says that because it does not say that online or in store anywhere. The pharmacist who rolled her eyes and could not be bothered with assisting me said she makes her own rules and today they decided they aren’t helping walk ins. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t bother using this pharmacy. I certainly won’t be back."
