"The only im why I’m giving two stars instead of zero star is because Pharmacist Benjamin is a pretty great guy. This is the only thing has it going for this RX location. The assistant Edith is the worst at this location. On several occasions where the medication was changed from 90 to 30 days; she lied and said that my insurance doesn’t cover the 90 days. I called up my insurance company and was told that she lied. I had the rep on the phone while talking to her. She walked away and had someone else help me. She didn’t even bother to apologize for lying. This is the 2nd time she does this. That’s how I knew to call the insurance company while standing there. Such a lazy person."

"This review is geared towards the pharmacy at the location in Richmond, Texas off Grand-parkway. I just want to give a big Thanks to Benjamin and Irith I believe is her name. I cannot thank you guys enough for going above and beyond on assisting me with this prescription fill for our 6 week old baby. If it wasn’t for your guys we wouldn’t have it. Kroger turned us down, CVS turned us down, Walgreens said they would fill it and then after three days they called and said they couldn’t. Walmart came through for us. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the great work through these tough times. You guys go above and beyond!"
