"The worst possible HEB experience of my 45 years of being a customer. The pharmacy is a psychotic odyssey that will cause you to have seizures. You get notifications that prescriptions are ready and after waiting in line for 25 minutes having them search for you, name, spell your name repeat your DOB a few times, what is your address, what’s your phone number 10 minutes later “ oh here you are it isn’t really we need prior authorization….. can you call you’re doctor?? So shopping at HEB have become accustomed to a quasi self service no matter what lane you’re in you will always sack your groceries so bring a friend who can sack while you pay. Our last experience was sacking as the cashier made a cell phone call as we sacked our groceries and he gestured the give me one minute sign for the next customer as he completed his call. Be on the watch for the newer blue carts being driven by the HEB partners they will block entire isles, cause you to move out of the way as they have become personal shoppers for people who don’t want to come into the store and avoid all the carnage. It’s no longer your H‑E‑B it’s someone else’s not sure who. I’m completely disappointed in the HEB experience and how far this location has drifted from the vision that made this a Texas favorite. Will we probably not continue to be shoppers…. like so many we’ve discovered Whole Foods and Krogers new Super Stores. There is genuine competition and other grocery stores that will be happy to sack our groceries and pull orders at night to avoid the blue carts and have our medication ready when we arrive. As H‑E‑B grows and begins to move outside of Texas it will continue to morph into something we soon will no longer recognize. Revisit farmers markets, find a local butcher."

"Very inefficient employees. Made mistakes few times. Lot of people have same last name. They are like robots (robots are better) ask you verification but they don’t listen to what you say. They gave me other person meds. Date Feb 1 2024 between 3:30 and 4:00. Drive through my wait was 20 mins plus And they have no politeness, no thank you. Goodness bad customer service. Please get good people. Thanks"

"Pretty rude pharmacist imo. Sure I forgot one of my medications at a family outing so I made a simple request of getting a single tablet (which I'll pay for) to hold me by until I pick up the rest from family. The pharmacy tech was very polite and went to check with the pharmacist. Not sure what her problem was but came off very rude and not having it. In a very stern and rude demeanor, informed me of having to pay (the full price of the whole bottle) for a single tablet. I didn't have that same energy when speaking with the pharmacy tech, not sure why she felt the need to be aggressive. Was it my fault for leaving mediation at my families house. Yes. Sorry for asking a question. :("

"I tend to avoid negative reviews but without fail this is the slowest pharmacy ever. You'll stand at the window for 20 minutes as the 1 or maybe 2 staff tell you to wait, even when you've called ahead and they say your prescription is ready. There's multiple windows to serve customers if they have high demand but they always have them shut except 1. I have no idea what is wrong with this pharmacy, but after trying to use it for 3 months I've just lost too much of my time."

"Very bad and unorganized workflow. Pharmacy clerk does not know what she is doing or understand what patients try to tell her. I requested refill from the app for next day pick up marked at 11am. When I came at 10:45am, she told me to wait for 20 minutes which I did. When I came back at 11:10, she told me I was out of refills. After checking with her pharmacists multiple time, she still did not understand what I tried to tell her. Thanks to her coworker who stepped in, they “found out” I had a new rx sent to them. The clerk went ahead and tell me to wait for 20 minutes. Don’t talk about patient care. This is just absurd customer service!"
